WHEN THE 10-DAY GUARANTEE APPLIES
Our guarantee covers delays within Home X's control. Some circumstances can affect a renovation timeline that neither you nor Home X can reasonably prevent.
The guarantee does not apply to delays caused by:
Customer-requested changes or add-ons after project start
Hidden structural, plumbing, or electrical issues discovered during demo
Hazardous material remediation (asbestos, mold, lead, etc.)
Permit, Inspection, or HOA delays

Weather events or emergencies

Access restrictions or scheduling conflicts
